About Me
I'm Rachel, an aspiring Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, mother, and military spouse. My passion for nutrition stems from a deep curiosity about the science of nutrition and its role in our lives. I am especially focused on acute care medical nutrition therapy, but also have an interest in individual nutrition counseling.
My philosophy is to use human nutrition expertise to promote health while also respecting food as a source of joy, connection, and identity.
