Rachel Pritchard

About Me
I'm Rachel, an aspiring Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, mother, and military spouse. My passion for nutrition stems from a deep curiosity about the science of nutrition and its role in our lives. I am committed to supporting healthy lifestyles and enhancing scientific literacy through clear, evidence-based guidance.

My philosophy is to apply human nutrition expertise in ways that foster health, while also honoring food as a source of joy, connection, and cultural identity. My goal is to empower others with reliable nutrition knowledge to encourage healthy aging and improved health outcomes.
